Biography
Patrick received his law degree from the University of Windsor Law School in 1999 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001. His practice focuses specifically on injury law and disability law.
Patrick has represented clients at various courts and tribunals including the Federal Court of Canada, the Superior Court of Ontario, the Social Security Tribunal, the Pension Appeals Board and the Licence Appeal Board.
Patrick is a member in good standing with the Ontario Law Society. He also a member of the Essex Law Association and the Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice.
Patrick prides himself on advocating on behalf of my clients. In this regard, he works with his clients' treatment providers to assess his clients' injuries and to ensure that his clients obtain the compensation they deserve. As part of his advocacy, he often retains experts to provide reports assessing his clients' injuries and the impact their injuries have had on their lives.
